Instructions
Registration
Participants can register for the Conference using the enclosed form (slovenská verzia), which must be mailed, e-mailed or faxed to the contact address. One registration form can be sent for more than one participant. If so, it is needed to book accommodation and meals for each of the participants. The Conference fee must be paid before the date of the Conference. Payments cannot be returned to those individuals who for some reasons cannot attend the Conference.
Conference Fee
- Full: 100,- €
- Reduced (for PhD. students): 50,- €
The Conference Fee includes:
- A copy of the Conference Proceedings (both abstracts and full-length papers);
- Refreshment and beverages during breaks;
- Reception.
Accommodation and meals
Accommodation will be provided in the Tatranske Zruby Hotel, Starý Smokovec, Slovakia. Accommodation and meals costs must be paid privately. The rates are indicated on the registration form.
Conference Proceedings
The attendees will be
given a printed copy of the Proceedings of Abstracts and a CDROM copy of the
Conference Proceedings (with full-length papers), both with ISBN numbers.
Contributions and Deadlines

Abstracts (1 A4 page) – May 31, 2011.

The authors will be notified about the acceptance of their contributions by June 17, 2011.

The authors should prepare their full-length papers (4-6 pages) in English in the form of LNCS standard single-column form, the template can be downloaded here. The deadline for sending full-length papers is August 14, 2011.

The final program of the Conference will be published by September 5, 2011.
Companies will be allowed to display their poster presentations during the Conference.
Social Events
- The Committee is holding a reception for all participants on October 6, 2011.
- The recreation health centre in the Hotel will be available for all participants and VIPs.
